New MMN Building Inaugurated

In honor of Magdalena Manalac Nicolas, the mother of TLC President Atty. Loida Nicolas-Lewis, the new MMN Building rises inside the TLC Campus. It has spacious rooms and a chapel / auditorium hall, and also houses the offices of TLC Nihonggo Center. Atty. Lewis inaugurated the MMN Building last January 9, 2013, led in the blessing and prayer by Victory Sorsogon Senior Pastor and TLC-GPTO President, Dr. Alan O. Lopez. All of these are preparations for the new school year in June 2013. Enrollment is now going on at The Lewis College.

TLC President signs MOA with Kokusai Kotoba Gakuin

Atty. Loida Nicolas-Lewis, founder and president of The Lewis College (TLC) and Dir. Shinichiro Suetsugu, founder and director of Kokusai Kotoba Gakuin (KKG) in Shizuoka City, Japan signed a historic Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in a gesture of solidarity and friendship on December 19, 2011 in Rockwell Center, Makati. This event was witnessed by Dr. Rose Anonat – TLC Officer-in-Charge, Mutya Acebron – TLC Coordinator, Mr. and Mrs. Hideyo and Marietta Sato – TLC Nihonggo Instructors, and Ms. Sonomi Takatsuka – KKG Instructor.

TLC is 4-time Regional Champion in Computer Programming

Once again, TLC-College of Computer Studies is the Regional Champion in Computer Programming. TLC cemented its place as the first school in Region V to win 3 championships in the Ateneo Programming Challenge – Annual Bicol Wide Computer Programming Competition. TLC is now a hall of fame inductee!
